Is it time to mow?

I thought that this little boy's obsession with mowing might fade a little over the winter. But, last week when the weather turned warm and the snow started to melt, Justin was ready to go outside and mow with his bubble mower.

On Wednesday morning after we got home from the Y, Justin headed outside to mow. He loaded his mower with new bubbles and took off. At first he was disappointed because he had no one to mow with him. First he wanted to mow with Daddy, but Daddy was at work. Then he wanted to mow with Ryan, the neighbor next door, but Ryan was at work. Then he asked if Alice (Ryan's wife) was home and if she would mow with him. But, Alice was at work too.
He had to settle to just mow by himself. Today the weather has turned cold again and there is a chance of snow showers. Our 50 and 60 degree weather from last week has gone away. That little glimpse of spring was needed around here.

    Oh, I remember waiting and waiting for spring. It will be there soon enough!

    I'm right there with your son...I'm ready. Unfortunately, my neighbor just told me that this weather is only a teaser and we're expecting a foot of snow and single digit temperatures in the next few days.

    We are soooo ready for spring here too! Justin and Carson need to get together this summer. Carson loves to mow! He even volunteers to mow for our neighbors!
